Attach every quoted amount to an explanation
Request a written description of what the proposed fee covers: the account, periods, work, and expected deliverables. Distinguish an initial review from later preparation, authority communication, or follow-up. Ask what is excluded and which circumstances could require additional work. A single total may be difficult to compare when proposals describe different responsibilities.
Keep service terms apart from authority requirements
Professional fees, tax payments, and official process charges are different subjects. Ask how each would be explained and when authorization is needed. Clarify cancellation or other proposed agreement terms through the actual document rather than assuming a standard policy. Keep a copy of the version accepted and the task it covers. The comparison page does not state a market price, judge whether a particular quote is appropriate, or promise a return on a fee. It helps identify the work and responsibility behind a proposed amount.
